In 2015, I received a graduate certification in instructional design. Throughout most of my coursework, I developed and designed a reusable learning object (RLO) on an aspect of persuasive writing, the rhetorical triangle. The lesson was geared toward high school and college students. Below you can view some of the design documentation involved in developing this project, as well as the RLO itself entitled ” Fun with the Rhetorical Triangle.”
The last part of my coursework involved merging instructional design and project management processes. For this, I was assigned a team and together we designed and developed a (fictional) facilitator’s guide. This guide was designed to assist facilitators in training employees at a call center. My team and I, collectively called ARCS, had to identify problems, develop training solutions to address those problems, and then to develop the facilitator’s guide for facilitators to use during training.
On the following pages, you can view samples from my instructional design coursework and other projects.
